I had a short timeline of when I needed the part delivere by and B-one board was really good about connecting with me and checking to make sure the part would arrive in time and that it was the exact part to fit my board. They asked questions and made suggestions on which part. They even told me when I ordered an extra part I didnt need and then refunded me. The direct drive motor arrived in time and is now powering my board beautifully. Its smooth, fast and has great torque.
WARNING SCAM!!!
We ordered an e-board about 7 months ago. After endless back-and-forth communication with this supposed company, they claimed they would send a second board via air freight, which normally shouldn’t take longer than 3 weeks. Since then, we have not received any response despite multiple inquiries.
The first time, we were given a tracking number that never worked. The second time, we received nothing at all.
They do not respond to repeated inquiries.
You should absolutely avoid ordering from them — there seems to be a good reason why their “boards” are so cheap!
Great board
The board is powerful, getting up to and over 50kph without difficulty and the battery lasts for about as long as you'd think it would, which is nice. The pneumatic tyres it came with however have all blown out on me over the course of 200km or so of travel, which is pretty annoying.
This board is awesome! I say this as a guy that is used to only belt drive boards. This board has a lot of power but it is well tuned and tamed. This board really shines on hi and pro mode. I weigh 230 lbs and this board gets me up to 30mph. Due to the flexy deck the ride is very comfortable and carves well. I haven’t even come close to draining the battery. This board is like the Tynee explorer’s little brother. Overall I’m very happy with this board.
