This board is clunky. She’s heavy, sometimes yells at me for heading up hills, but she’s got juice, man. I’ve ridden and owned and built many electric boards and was looking for a one that could get me 50mi but still be fun to ride. This is that board. I still wish she was lighter at times, but the mileage and not stressing about whether pulling the trigger on the remote is going to cost me the ride home. Let’s give you all some details: Mile 0: I waited FOREVER for it to get in from China and I wished I had sprung for quicker shipping the entire wait. It arrived in the window they gave me, just a long wait for something you’re eager to get in. When the box arrived, I had some Knicks in the back of the board and the remote wasn’t connected. It’s a finnicky remote, little on the cheaper side, but with a very unique combination of keys, I got it paired and ready for the first ride. Also sprung for the toting handle, and that’s hands down the best thing I’ve done all year. Mile 7: First ride out, my ESC and a motor blew out. It sucked given the first wait but that’s tech sometimes. I contacted the company, told them what I needed, they confirmed it with my multimeter and a few videos, then shipped off the new parts. I waited 12 days for the replacement parts to come in, but the repair was the simplest of all the boards I’ve used or owned or built. I was plug and play as long as I used 3m double sided cushion tape and I was back at it. I used the board sparingly at first, but she moves. It doesn’t have the same throw you off the back acceleration as my other boards (in 4th it can get that way if you’re not paying attention) due to the added battery weight, but I am still pleased with how it worked out. Mile 85: After spending a few longer rides out and about, I think she’s finally broken in. The charger is a beast and hums a bit with the cooling fan that it uses, but it charges quickly and I’ve had no complaints. The battery lasts for a long time and I am quite pleased with the range and power. I do wish it was a little lighter or the hubs had a little more umphh to get over some of the hills here in Boulder with some extra speed, but if you’re in 4th, it’ll handle them without a problem. I would also probably consider putting in some waterproof auto venting in the box by the ESC too, as it can get a little warm if you’re hitting hills one after another. Otherwise, it’s a great commuting board, quite stable, and I’m pleased with it.
I Have Not Received Manual Instructions, Lights that Was Advetised With and Something Else! But I Forgot! Please Review My Last Message, It'll Explain Everything. But It's A Very Nice Board! Bit Heavy But Niiiiice! But For $1,800, I Haven't Received Everything. Would You Rectify That Issue Please? Much Obliged. Thank You. Steven

I had a short timeline of when I needed the part delivere by and B-one board was really good about connecting with me and checking to make sure the part would arrive in time and that it was the exact part to fit my board. They asked questions and made suggestions on which part. They even told me when I ordered an extra part I didnt need and then refunded me. The direct drive motor arrived in time and is now powering my board beautifully. Its smooth, fast and has great torque.
