Sea or Train Shipping

Delivered to as many as 68 countries and regions, the shopping cart is checked out, and the countries and regions that can be checked out after filling in the delivery address are the countries and regions that support delivery. (If your area information is not in the list, please contact us.)

It usually takes about 40-68days for delivery if you choose shipping by sea or train. (Customs inspections can cause delays)

      Note:

      • 1.The upgrade air freight option is only applicable to a single skateboard or a single package of products under 20KG. When purchasing multiple skateboards, overweight, extra air freight will be charged.
      • 2. All skateboard accessories will be delivered by air express. 6-18days delivery.

         

        Remote area surcharge:

        Canada, Australia, remote areas of northern Europe need to charge a remote surcharge of about US$65-$150.

         

        Tariff surcharge:

        Unless otherwise stated, all shipping rates quoted include local country customs clearance and door-to-door delivery. (details showing at checkout)
        Note: Countries that are temporarily unable to include tariffs:
        South Korea; Switzerland; Norway.

         

        Other possible surcharge:
        • 1. Secondary delivery fee

          If the first batch of goods is not received or the recipient cannot be successfully contacted to receive the goods; when the goods are returned to the warehouse of the delivery center and need to be re-expressed for delivery. You may need to receive a second delivery fee of $50. The specific fee is subject to the local country fee.

          • 2. Address change fee

            If the recipient changes the delivery address after the shipment has been dispatched and does not sign for it, it may cost $50-80 to change the delivery address. The specific charges are subject to the local country charges.

              

            How to check delivery progress:

            An email notification will be sent to the order contact when the goods are shipped.
            The content of the notification will include the delivery status of the goods, the tracking number of the logistics company and the logistics track query website.

             

            Note:

            The logistics order number and track query address are the order number of the logistics company in the country where the recipient is located.

            Only after the goods arrive in the destination country and pass the customs inspection, the local logistics company extracts it to the warehouse and enters it into the ERP system, the track update will be displayed.

            Until then, there will be no further updates to the logistics track, don't worry, this is normal.

            Every product you buy from Boneeboard has been quality controlled by our QC technicians before it was shipped out, which is a double check over the factory QC inspection.
            All products are visually inspected for good appearance.
            All products are switched on and have their main functions tested one by one.
            All packages are checked to ensure that they contain the correct accessories. Battery, remote control, battery life, charging, LCD display...

            Common Problems in The Process of Shipping

            • a) Because of the delay or failure of the China Customs clearance (eg: It is common for the products with battery to encounter this kind of problem), we will choose some other methods such as DHL or Fedex or UPS to deliver your parcel and Return the price disparity to you;

            • b) The international express can't get to some spacial addresses(eg, post office box or military base), we will choose choose a kind of suitable method to deliver your product and return the price disparity;>

            • c) During the Holiday time (Christmas period (December)), the number of the postal parcel which reach Hong Kong increases fast, which will lead to a waiting time of all the products;

            • d) When the parcel get to the target country's Customs, they may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of the shipment. The fees caused by the procedure of the clearance should be paid by the consignee;

            • e) The expense caused by the parcel rejection will be afforded by the consignee;

            • f) The extra expense caused by some cases (eg, Address is not very clear or the consignee can not be contacted) should be paid by the recipient; if the parcel is destroyed by the Customs, the expense is also paid by the consignee;

            • g) The problem of detain caused by the failure of the clearance, we will resend the product or refund (not including shipping cost).

               

              Methods to Solve a Shipping Problem

              First of all, shipping problems are relatively rare. We check all orders to ensure the delivery information is sufficient for the courier, and tracking details are given to customers so that they know when to get the delivery.
              For the problems happened in the process of shipping Boneeboard will offer full assistance including:

              • a) In these cases which the package has apparently been broken during shipment or the package or goods are damaged, the customer can refuse receipt of the goods and clearly state the problem to the courier. Then the customer must contact Boneeboard  and we will resolve the matter with the courier. Once the issue has been confirmed we will follow up the insurance claim with the courier and ship a replacement order to the customer as soon as possible. Such cases are in fact very rare./li>

              • b) If the package is lost or misrouted by accident or by the fault of the courier, we will pursue the insurance claim with the courier and create a replacement dispatch of goods for the customer as soon as possible.

              • c) Cases where the package is delivered to the wrong address: in this eventuality Boneeboard will work with the courier to solve the problem and ship new goods to the customer as soon as possible.

              Please also refer to the public terms and conditions of the courier used for the shipment. Their terms will include time limits for claims and complaints about damage etc, after you have signed for the goods.

                For the complete eboard coming from Boneeboard are guaranteed with 180 days warranty which for repair or replacement and the period starts from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.
